Markets breathe a sigh of relief as September jobs crush expectations
⚔️ Middle East tension. Rising #GlobalTension in the Middle East as Iran launches missiles at Israel as retaliation for ground invasion of Lebanon. Israel has vowed to retaliate back.
💪 Jobs blowout. The US added 254K jobs in September well-above expectations for 150K and August’s revised higher 159K (up from 142K initially). Despite some mixed signals heading into Friday, the jobs report crushed expectations alleviating #LaborMarkets worries.
🥁 Marching higher (again). Despite an early month pullback due to the rising #GlobalTension, the S&P 500 overcame the early deficit and finished yet another week green up 0.2%.
