How It Works:

Promotion Period starts August 30, 2023 and ends September 30, 2023. Ursa reserves the right to disqualify any user or account for fraud, deception, manipulation, illegal activity or other violation at its sole discretion. This promotion may be modified, canceled or withdrawn at any time at Ursa’s sole discretion. All rewards subject to all terms and conditions of our Ursa Reward Program Terms.
1 To be eligible for the promotion, Qualifying Accounts must have opened an account and successfully funded the account within the Promotion Period. To be eligible for the promotion, Qualifying Referrers must have referred a Qualifying Account that signed up using their unique referral code.
2 Promotion rewards will be distributed in-app to both the Qualifying Account and Qualifying Referrer (if applicable) as airdrops after the successful initial deposit in the Qualifying Account. Rewards must be claimed in-app. Rewards will not be distributed if the account is closed. Rewards may be retracted for manipulation, fraud, deception or any other illegal activity at Ursa’s sole discretion.
3 Bonus promotion rewards will be determined by the Qualifying Account’s balance as of 90 days after the date of the initial deposit. Bonus Reward Points are not cumulative. Promotion rewards will be distributed in-app to both the Qualifying Account and Qualifying Referrer (if applicable) as airdrops within 5 business days. Rewards must be claimed in-app. Rewards will not be distributed if the account is closed. Rewards may be retracted for manipulation, fraud, deception or any other illegal activity at Ursa’s sole discretion.
4 Deposit Tier is based on net deposits (calculated as total deposits less total withdrawals) within the Promotion Period.
5 Rewards Points are redeemable for portfolio stock in 10,000 point increments ($10). Unredeemed points hold no monetary value. Once redeemed, monetary value of reward point redemption must be held in accounts for at least 1 year before withdrawn. Closed accounts forfeit any redeemed rewards not held for at least 1 year.
